Then Jesus said to his disciples, If any man would come after me, let him deny himself and take up his cross and follow me.
Matthew 16:24
It sure doesn't sound like there is much life there! I mean, what does that even mean? Deny myself...take my my cross...that is heavy stuff. What is Jesus saying here? Maybe, Jesus wants to know if you are "All In." You know, the moment when you put everything out there and hold nothing back. The moment where you have everything to lose. What he is asking is are you all in?
What does being all in, mean for you? What would it look like if you really went all in? What would change this week if you lived you life all in? I want to challenge you today with a very simple concept....Die to Yourself and GO ALL IN!

I used the exact same analogy on the exact same passage about two years ago when I was a student in ministry.
